Programme Overview

The secondary PGCE programme prepares you to teach throughout the 11-18 age range in English, geography, history, mathematics, modern languages (French, German and Spanish), and religious education or sciences (biology, chemistry, physics).

We may be able to offer a fully-funded extension course in German for modern language candidates who have very elementary or no prior knowledge of this language. The following PGCE programmes are eligible: French - R1X1; French with German - RX11
