This course is intended for qualified teachers who have been appointed as either the special educational needs co-ordinator (SENCO), assistant SENCO, or member of the special educational needs co-ordination team in their own school. It has been approved by the Teacher Development Agency (TDA) as addressing all the learning outcomes required for this National Award.
