This postgraduate course is intended for managers working in the private, public or voluntary sectors who are keen to reflect on and develop their practice. It will provide relevant theoretical knowledge and understanding relating to best practice in all three sectors, as well as opportunities to engage in debate with fellow managers. Students on the course are from a wide variety of organisational backgrounds and this provides a stimulating environment for critical debate and shared learning about leadership and management.
