It also provides recent graduates and experienced professionals with an outstanding opportunity to upgrade their skills in order to enhance their career opportunities. The programme allows students the scope to develop a bespoke skillset by their selection from the range of elective modules we provide. The MSc programme is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), allowing successful MSc graduates to progress directly to the assessment of professional competence. A semester system operates at GCU, each of which comprises fifteen weeks.
