The Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM) is the first year of study leading to the award of either a Postgraduate Diploma or MA in Human Resource Management. These programmes are aligned to the new (2010) Professional Qualification Framework of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
