Project Management Course brings together components from both the School of Computing & Mathematics and the Keele Management School. A successful project manager balances the conflicting goals of resource usage, quality of product, time to market and customer satisfaction. The programme is intended to provide the student with the technical and process skills to undertake the role of a project manager in the modern business environment.
