This course will equip you with fundamental concepts, processes and tools in project management reflected in both PRINCE2® and APM BoK (5th) syllabi. Upon completion of this course you will be equipped with technical skills in project management, but, most important, have significantly strengthened relevant soft skills in order to manage projects successfully in different business contexts. You will already be a competent practitioner wishing to continue your professional development with the flexibility to decide whether you wish to study fully online via distance learning or blend your studies with face-to-face sessions at the university campus in Bristol.
