This course is currently being redesigned and will be replaced by the Integrated Professional Development in Social Work which will available for study from January 2013. The new course offers qualified social workers the opportunity to consolidate, extend and develop their social work practice. The emphasis will be on workbased learning and students will be encouraged to think critically about their own practice in the context of the College of Social Work Professional Capabilities Framework and national and international codes of practice and professional ethics, in a wide range of situations, including those associated with inter-agency and inter-professional work.
