Project management is about managing the technical, cultural, political and financial aspects inherent in all projects. This programme will teach you about the organisational context for projects, the tools and techniques of project management, and the "soft" issues such as motivation, skill development, and politics and power issues.

Subjects covered include: accounting and finance ; people and organisations; strategy, environment and markets; information systems management; social and organisational aspects of projects; project management methods and tools; and digital project management.
