Taught The taught psychology route is one of the most flexible on our professional programme offering a diverse portfolio of modules. You may choose modules from our clinical communications, community, critical, counselling, disability studies and forensic routes, as well as core research modules of personal and professional development, preparing for academic practice, quantitative research methods, qualitative research methods, and dissertation. The route is most suited to those wishing to undertake higher level general studies in psychology, or those who want to develop their professional understanding and skills in specific areas. It is possible to design a specialised programme that is not available via one of the main routes.
