The University of West London has run a programme approved for graduate membership by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for over 40 years.

The PG Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) is a specialist postgraduate degree designed primarily to meet the career development needs of human resource managers, advisers and administrators, in line with the subject benchmark statements of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) for postgraduate degrees in business and management (2007). The course also meets the Advanced Level knowledge requirements of the CIPD for professional membership.
