Practical Skills Therapeutic Education (Integrated Professional Development). University of the West of England

This professional development work-based learning programme is delivered in partnership with the Crossfields Institute Hiram Education and Research Department and Ruskin Mill Trust. The programme provides a specialised route through the University's Shell Award Framework. A negotiated learning plan and learning contract per module will enable students to address their individual learning requirements and/or those of their employer. Four University modules will focus on the philosophy of therapeutic education as expressed in the syllabus by Aonghus Gordon (Ruskin Mill Trust), with the purpose of implementing service improvement in the workplace.
