Effective leadership can make a real difference in the workplace and this programme is designed to meet the needs of managers who want to inspire and motivate their teams for greater organisational success.

Topics include: dynamics of leadership; managing organisational performance; organisational change and transition; and developing professional practice (a group-based business research project). You will also choose one subject from: leadership ethics; international human resource management; human performance; strategic human resource development; or managing and rewarding performance.

A Postgraduate Diploma is awarded on successful completion of the taught units. To achieve the MSc you must also complete a project-based dissertation.
