Computing with ICT (Secondary). Manchester Metropolitan University

This course combines the theory and practice of computing, together with approaches to more general ICT skills and issues as they apply to teaching in the secondary school context.  We work in close partnership with schools in designing, delivering and assessing the course, and it will prepare graduates to teach in secondary schools and colleges.  As well as gaining a PGCE, students are assessed against the national standards in order to be recommended for the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
