Secondary Drama. Manchester Metropolitan University

This course aims to develop an understanding of the place of drama in secondary education and to provide a firm foundation from which to teach this exciting subject. Philosophically, the course is based upon an inclusive view of the drama curriculum which reflects the wide range of contexts which the subject operates within schools and colleges. An innovative and highly successful feature of our course is the drama 'carousel' where groups visit different schools to observe several specially selected, highly skilled and experienced practitioners at work.
